Food is good just like at any Franchised McDonald's. I came in to see if I can get one of those limited time offer Big Arch Burgers, and this location is one of the few locations still offering the Big Arch Burger! The sit in dining area is clean and well maintained along with the bathrooms. Not crowded but still a good flow if customers coming in and out, so the noise level can get kind of high. The service was lacking though. It felt like the store was under staffed. There was hardly anyone servicing the front counter and you had to order everything off the automated kiosk, but if you need help or need to use the restroom because it was locked you have to wait for an employee to come out of the back kitchen to get any service, which took awhile. If they hired a dedicated employee that could staff the front register like the good old days this location would get high marks. But unfortunately everything is being automated and human to human interaction will be a thing of the pass.

Overall am thankful for how quickly the workers get you your food. Given where you are it is definitely a relief to not have to stand on the corner of the blade for longer than 5 minutes in total. Other than that keep ur head on swivel and I personally must have checked my back pocket 30x making sure my wallet was still there

In the impersonal era of order on the screen and go, this McDonalds’ staff stands out against that! They warmly provided accommodation when the kiosk thought breakfast ended at 10:29 for McGriddles on Saturday. Also, the buns for the McMuffin and McGriddle were soft!

Truly if service could be rated a 0 I would. Utterly disrespectful towards customers and lack of patience from staff. Being blatantly cursed at and having food thrown in the drive thru. Only to be made further difficult by someone claiming to be a manager. Not everyone has a disability that is visible, learning disabilities exist and to be treated without human regard was beyond dehumanizing. In addition to being treated this way in front of a young child.
