Terrible service experience. I made an online order and gave them the code at the drive-thru. When I got to the first window, a woman who spoke poor English couldn't figure out what my order was, I'm not sure she understood what I was saying. I told her I paid online and she just gestured me forward with her hand as if to shoo me along; no words. When I got to the pickup window I was handed a bag that was clearly not my order. The young man appeared to be new on the job and didn't appear to know what to do. That's not his fault, everyone has to learn. They told me to drive around the corner and wait. Wait I did, for a while. When they figured it out, my order was correct and the food was good and hot. But, the lady at the first window killed it for me, and she's the first person you come in contact with. Giving the food 4 stars, atmosphere 3 stars, service 2 stars for an overall three star rating.

MULTIPLE LONG BLACK HAIRS IN BURGER: LOOK AT PICTURES: This is by far the worst fast-food experience I have ever had. I am glad I decided to check why there were no onions in this burger. I ended up finding 2 long black hairs on both sides of the burger paddy. Cooked into the cheese on one side and looped around on the top side. The placement of the one on top looks intentional. This felt like no accident. I can understand a small hair getting in. but with there being 2 on both sides. It's unbelievable. One of the hairs was at least 6 inches long and was clearly looped around to conceal its existence. I spent the next 5 minutes throwing up outside of my vehicle in the parking lot. I knew better than to go to this place

This is probably the worst McDonalds in the region. Order accuracy is so slow I usually order McNuggets from here so they can’t mess it up. The hand-off for parked order pickup is also terrible as they seem to forget to actually do this part of their job. Order from literally any other location for better service.

Worst McDonald’s ever, the workers have an attitude, they forget stuff, one time I ordered a double quarter pounder and I only had one patty in it. The workers work like they get paid 1 dollar with bad attitude

Fully regret ordering dinner from here. I ordered the two cheeseburger meal with no salt and no pickles, fries with no salt, and sweet & sour sauces so the fries had some flavor. They failed to include the sauces, but of course did not fail to charge us for several of them. The fries had salt on them despite my saying to not add salt, and my cheeseburgers that should have only been missing salt and pickles were also missing onions, were cold, and were not only visually unappealing but they tasted terrible, as well. I paid for a full meal, but only ate one bite of th burger and two fries. What a waste! The shake was alright, but it was more whipped cream than shake and so probably half of the cup was just overly sweetened inedible fluff. I’m angry that I paid for so much inedible food and because my dinner was inedible, I’m hungry, too! We won’t be returning again in the future.
