They do not go by the customer always comes first rule! They just played with my character. And I would have respected them more if they would have came to me and asked me what was the problem especially coming from the manager she should’ve came directly to me but instead she walked away leaving my food open to get cold to check cameras to see if I was lying or not and I was in fact not lying I come there too often to lie about if I’ve gotten my food or not and this isn’t the first time this just happens to be the first time I’m writing a review and I’m very displeased with how I was treated today! I will be going further with this because accountability needs to be taken first !

This McDonald's has struggled but the new crew they have is doing a great job was making the orders the food be hot young ladies have beautiful personalities in there good job McDonald's

Well just came from McDonald's on Silver Spring totally disappointed so I came here on Hampton beautiful service fast the young man that helped me wasn't scared to smile and say have a nice day good job

Drive through lady was extremely rude, my order was completely messed up. Never going back to this location again

Not the worst but not the best place was surprisingly clean also.
