Last night I placed a mobile order.I waited in drive thru for over 30 minutes. Made it to the pickup window and they were about to give me the wrong order. A young lady picked up a balled up receipt off the floor which was my order. The manager I believe had on a white shirt ask me to park ahead. I waited 20 more minutes. I had the person with me to go wait for the food so I can take my granddaughter home because her asthma was triggered. We came back and we still didn’t have our food. I practically said I’ll take anything just to feed my grandchildren. I feel like I was literally robbed! The guy Brian with dreads said I couldn’t get a refund and I would have to go through the app. I didn’t want to go through all that and was willing to take substitution. I received nothing! No apology! No food! No money back! This was the worst service ever. They clear their screen to make their drive thru looks good. It was a train wreck in there. please look at the camera from 9:20pm -9:35! We were treated horribly! I’m saddened by this whole experience. I need my refund asap! That’s the only right thing to do. That’s robbery!

Pulled up to the drive thru and never got to place an order after sitting in the line for 10 min. Horribly slow!! So we left and went to a different location and got served quickly.

I couldn't tell you how the food was Herr because after waiting an hr and a half I still never recieved it and left. The service was the worst service I jave ever gotten fron an establisent or employees. They were extremely rude inconsistent inconsiderate and extremely poor work ethic and could care less about the way they spoke or acted to their costumers. I will never even consider going to this mcdonalds location and would never recommend anyone I know to fo there either.

Ordered a med. Quarter pounder meal and a fish sandwich. 5minutes from my destination the fries were so small a could of ate them with a spoon, the fish sandwich was waiting for a buyer because it was hard as a rock, the quarter pounder hardly had any ketchup on it and 2 small onions I was so mad I tossed it in the trash and went to bed. Can back up here tithe next day to tell them, the lady taking my order was looking at me as if I was from outer space had no sympathy so I ordered the same thing as yesterday. After she took my miner she went over and started making fries as I was looking at my food to make sure it was made right I noticed they forgot my fries but by now the lady that took my cash was touching fries with no gloves so I said how you touching fries after touching money? I immediately asked for a refund.
