Yeah it was really awesome being able to place an online order, get here, wait like 10 minutes with zero response whatsoever, and then pull around to see absolutely no one there at all in the kitchen area there by the window. Even more awesome pulling forward more and seeing the employees all sitting in the dining area on their phones, not paying attention AT ALL with every single light on, the sign on, the order menus on, literally everything that tells a driver 'YES WE ARE OPEN', and not paying any attention to someone trying to use the drive-thru. I am not sure what is going on tonight, but you still need to pay attention and close your stuff down so that people don't think you're open when youre supposed to be a 24h store...

This is absolutely! The longest I've ever had to wait on a drive-thru For a double quarter pounder medium And two apple pies. Also after all this waiting they seem to have forgotten about me. Lady came up on the window asking me what am I waiting for add on so I cancelled the order and got My refund if I ever come that this area again I will remember to avoid this place for sure ..,

Avoid this location at all costs. I ordered food for my family on the app. I arrived on time to pick up order. Decided I would go inside to pick it up, as the drive thru line was very long and slow moving. Once inside I was told my food was still being prepared, so I waited. About ten minutes later I checked on my order again. I was told it had been ready, but then I was told I couldn't pick up my order inside and had to go to the drive thru. Had they told me that when I went inside originally, I would have been through the line and had my food. The manager, Angel, was very rude and dismissive. I reluctantly left to wait in the drive thru. Nearly 15 minutes later, I got my food. It was cold after sitting so long. The fries were raw, literally. My shakes were melted and underfilled. The policy of this location to not just give me my food when I had been waiting inside so long is ridiculous and caused me to not be able to eat my dinner. The rudeness of the staff and inability to put out a edible product is insane. Whoever the general manager is, I was told her name is Robin, ignored the complaint I sent to corporate and did nothing to recify the situation. It feels like they stole from me as I was not given the product I paid for. It is sad that people care so little about their job and their customers.

Customer service skills suck mostly at night 2nd shift hours, food cold or preheated. Take orders if they feel like it , oh we only taking mobile orders even though drive thru open smh. If its only mobile orders why they go thru drive thru it's 8 but I can't order in the drive thru. Well my opinion they need to get it in order inside of this establishment and fast

“The worst service in the world. They have more than five young employees working, and all they care about is chatting instead of preparing orders. As workers, they act like customers have plenty of time — this is FAST FOOD. I came another day at 5 a.m. to order a coffee, and they rudely told me there was no coffee. How can there be no coffee? And why does it take 20 minutes to make a frappe when the restaurant is empty?”
