On December 27, 2025 my parents celebrated their 50 th wedding anniversary. They were insistent on going to McDonald’s or Mickey D’s on 27th and Capital to commemorate their first date. All the employees did an excellent job…. The restaurant was clean, the food was served hot and fresh. They checked to make sure everyone was pleased. Took a number of group photos for my mom to post on FB. They even treated them to fresh baked cookies. It was a great way to complete our celebration. A lot of times good service goes overlooked. We were very pleased with our experience “in the hood” Thanks again to all the staff there that evening because they definitely made sure we had the best service

Worst customer service. I stood in line for for 15 minutes. No one even acknowledged my presence. I finally left and walked across the street to Wendy's. Ordered, used the restroom, and got my food quickly at Wendy's. Whoever owns this McDonald's is failing to supervise their staff properly.

A lot of teen kids work here. Had fun with some of the young ladies because I took my daughters and they were so turnt up. During the day it’s not as live and staff is rude and act if they don’t wanna be at work. They had me waiting for a hour on an order I placed on for the girl to remake and then she clocked out and went home. Didn’t tell me had me waiting for a hour. That’s day shift. Another lady did fix my issue and gave two cookies as if that made up for me waiting and my food wrong. Just go after 5 way better staff and vibe.

Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience 😡🍟. You’d expect a place that’s been around this long to have things running smoothly, but that definitely wasn’t the case. My fries came out cold, and when I politely asked for fresh ones, it somehow turned into an issue instead of a simple fix 🙄. What made it worse was the wait—I spent about 24 minutes just to get a basic order ⏳, and when I finally got it, not only was it cold, but it was also completely wrong 🤦‍♂️. On top of that, the customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and acted like customers were a bother, which really kills the whole experience 😒. It honestly feels like management or ownership just doesn’t care, because situations like this shouldn’t keep happening without improvement 📉. At this point, I’d rather go somewhere else where customers are actually appreciated. Definitely not planning to spend money here again 🚫💸.

First time coming here and not knowing the area at all, as a female I did not feel safe. I decided to eat inside and a gentleman tried to approach me. Assuming that he was hungry, I was willing to buy him a meal because I like to pay it forward but the manager saw him and told him to leave. So my advice for any females don’t go there alone or use the drive through.
