Absolutely rude service. Manager was rude. Definitely do not come to this location. Asked for manager name and was told to look it up myself?! Ordered ranch chicken wrap and when I ate half of ONE it was spicy. Tried to get the ONE replaced and was told since I ate half of ONE wrap they cant replace it. Something so simple made into a bad experience when im a loyal customer

I went into this location and specifically asked for a meal to be made hot and that I'd wait, otherwise I would have used the driveup.The woman who took my order said it would be. I was taking lunch to my sister in memory care who's days are filled with little moments. Apparently, this woman did not care. The food wasn't even warm. Poor service and poor quality of the food. I will be going to burger king or kopps next time.

the second time last time I went was last year so I went to this McDonald’s ordered something they messed up on my order and my Sunday it dropped so they try to give me another Sunday with half the ice cream in there so when I told her that I wanted it filled up. She told me to go in the drive-through area of the park. They didn’t never come back out there, but they gave everybody else their bag, including their Sundays but you mean to tell me you forgot about me. No this happened before so either they prejudice there. I don’t know. It’s just a big old playground up in here not to mention that was eating the food when I looked in the drive-through and was trying to figure out what was going on because I wanted a refund and they act like nobody knew how to speak English when I asked for my refund so like I said, that’s the second bad experience I had there

This is the cleanest and cleanest fast food restaurant location I’ve been to in a long time. On top of that, they do a good job making food. You can tell the people working here take pride in their work. Well done.

Service inside unorganized, person i was speaking to really didn't understand a simple question. Confusion was consistent, not just with us but also with other customers that surrounded us. On the other hand the drive thur runs pretty smooth. Problems with giving receipts and numbers for our food. Nobody knew who's order was theres. I guess for now i will stick with the drive thur.
