Been coming many years. They build the sandwiches with care. You can still order at the counter. My experience is clean plus bring food to booth. Alway pleasant. Easy parking. Frys are hot.

I give this place ZERO stars. Orders are ALWAYS incorrect. YESTERDAY, 2 fish filets. 16 minutes later,,, I received only 1. For the 2nd sandwich... Plain bun in MICROWAVE for 30 seconds. Sandwich came to me 12 minutes later. These people are incompetent, and need to be FIRED. I WILL be calling corporate office. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Walked in to grab a quick bite with my family after a movie at Cinemark. Front cashier lady was rude as all get out. No name tag, but receipt says KS. No customer services skills whatsoever. Receive food and fries are ice cold. Just decided to get my money back. Dining area was dirty and had to clean our own table with napkins and water from the soda machine. Was up charged for a medium drink on a kids meal, when I didn’t ask for a medium.

Gotta love paying for 4 "extra" sauces on a 10 peice mcnugget only to habe to fight the cashier because they only come with ONE! Well ok mcdonalds yall can have at it without me.

So I placed a mobile order because I seen that there was a long line when I got to the restaurant. As I waited for my order to be prepared, I kept my eye on the numbers “In Progress” & “Now Serving” watching my number… when my number came up, I walked up to the front counter and waited for someone to ask if I needed anything. The lady clearly seen me and just totally disregarded me until the MOD finally came up to me and kindly asked what I needed and if I had been served, I told her no and proceeded to tell this manager how her employee seen me and did not ask what I needed or anything at all… NO CUSTOMER SERVICE… she could’ve asked but she didn’t.. the point to my review is RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE and a bad employee who would rather argue with the MOD than to simply do her job and greet people accordingly. I felt embarrassed for the nice little manager because the lady argued back with her… WHERE IS THE COMMON COURTESY THESE DAYS????
