One shift won't serve ice cream after 11pm, but also says their machine is not working. They also give you half your fries. The picture is of a large fry they gave us. That was the second time the did this.

The food at this particular location is always fresh. Like, I know it's supposed to be fresh right. But this location has the best hottest fries in all of McDonaldland! Lol the burgers aren't sloppy and thrown together like usual and they even go the extra mile to put napkins over the food before they drop the condiments in the bag. If you know you know. It's the little things. Some of the reps have a slight attitude and I've waited at the counter for a while ignored on a few occasions. If I have any advice for this location I would be to take better care of the customers that take the time to come into the lobby. It's almost like they forget the counter exists at times. Other than that I am overall happy with this location in comparison to others.

I visited the drive through at McDonald’s restaurant located at 2130 West Southern Avenue in Mesa on a Friday afternoon just before 1:00 p.m. on a Friday. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese value meal with no pickles or mustard. The total for this meal was $11.47. After paying the cashier at the first window, I pulled up to the second window where I was handed my beverage. She asked me to pull my vehicle into one of the parking spots at the end of the drive through as my burger was being freshly cooked. I pulled into the parking spot and after a very reasonable time waiting, the remainder of my meal was brought out to me. I drove to a location about 5 minutes away from this restaurant and my food was still hot, fresh and delicious. I have no complaints about this purchase.

This McDonalds along with pretty much all of them lately are such dogwater regarding their food and services. One freaking burger in driver thru(no fries, no drink nothing else) and these idiots make you park. Literally what is the point of the drive thru???
