Standard McDonald’s dining experience. The food ordering process via the touchscreen was fairly simple and easy. The food order was completed quickly, but there was a minor error with the number of fries. Decent indoor playing area for young kids. Large free parking lot.

Not only was i ignored multiple times trying to order food but the seating are was really dirty. No tables were clean, food and trash all over the floor, nasty. The staff were so rude and dismissive. I actually am concerned to eat my food out of fear that they did something to it. Don't come here at night time. NOT recommended.

I have been to multiple mcdonald locations and this is the first location I asked for a large refresher drink with no ice and i got the cup half full. If I pay for large I expect to get a large. Update: i went to the website provided on the reply and filed a formal complaint.

This is the address I’m writing about 1460 W Southern Ave, Mesa, AZ 85202 I’ll never understand why my sandwiches are always sloppy. The employees don’t care. It’s all locations. It that what was taught in training. I’m so sick of it.

I went to get some breakfast here this morning before work, and when I stirred my coffee, I kept scraping up some nasty sludge off the bottom of my coffee that definitely should not be in there… I’m lucky that I didn’t drink it before noticing!!! Sucks cause this location is closest to my house and I will not be back
