Omg I took my daughter too this location and this was the most disgusting. Hot, stinkiest and stickiest place I ever been and seen. Only thing that was decent was that the worker brought the food out. No A/C no soap in the restroom this location made me want to fight everyone in the back 😴

This McDonald’s location is hands down one of the worst I’ve consistently dealt with, and that’s saying a lot. I understand it’s fast food and I’m not expecting “five star service”, but that does not excuse the consistently shitty customer service every single time I come here. Whether I’m eating inside with my kids or going through the drive thru, the experience is almost always frustrating. Every visit feels like they’re severely short staffed or, worse, like none of the cashiers actually want to help anyone. Getting something as simple as a drink refill takes an absurd amount of time NO EXAGGERATION , around 10 minutes nearly every time. Removing the self serve drink machines from the lobby was the worst decision they could’ve made for this location. Now customers are forced to wait around just to get a refill, and half the time employees look annoyed that you even asked and sadly it’s not just me, I’ve waited along other customers who have also complained to each other as well all wait for whatever the issue is. To make matters worse, when food is brought out to the table, something is almost always missing. A sauce, fries, or even an entire item will be left out, forcing me to get back up and wait again just to correct their mistake. Asking for something simple like a dipping sauce turns into another long wait. I know a lot of the staff appears to be high schoolers or young adults, but that shouldn’t be an excuse for poor service and lack of attention. I’m not rude, and I’m not someone who complains often, but after multiple visits over the past three months, I’m honestly fed up. I keep coming back because it’s the closest McDonald’s and my kids enjoy the play area, but at this point, big changes need to happen. This location desperately needs better management, staffing, and accountability.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at McDonald’s today, thanks to Antonia L. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. It’s rare to come across someone who provides such outstanding customer service with a positive attitude and a smile. Antonia went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and her kindness really made my day. McDonald’s is fortunate to have a team member like her. Thank you, Antonia, for the excellent service!

If I could rate a negative star, I would. Worst service we ever received at this location. I get it, your busy. But you served the entire drive thru. While I waited 32 minutes for my order in the dining room. Smfh! I ordered at 9:21pm. I received my order at 9:53pm. We were on our way to a movie. Which we had to miss because the service is terrible here. The lady said there was only her there working. When there was 4 other people there. Come on, I can see the other workers. I also heard her say, people are so impatient today . Yes, I am inpatient. You just served a customer who came in after me. The reason I know this, is because I asked them how long have you been waiting? They said we came in after you. I asked for my money back. The worker said I'm waiting to hear back from the GM. Then all of sudden my other was ready. The worker said that I cancelled it. We're waiting to give her a refund. I said if my food is ready, I'll take it. I'm not gonna wait another 30 minutes for a refund. What happened to customer service? If corporate sees this.... Reach out. Because your employees need a refresher on common courtesy, sense of urgency, customer service skills and the ability to run your company. It's called fast food for reason. One angry customer. 😡 Btw, the ice cream machine was down while I was there. They were giving out free pies or shakes or fries or whatever they want as a replacement. I'd say that is money lost to your company.

Last time I ever step foot in a McDonald’s. I refuse to use these booths because they can’t ring up my order. The damn manager tried to have an argument with me until she realized she couldn’t order an espresso shot on the kiosk. Told me she couldn’t care less if I never came back. The minute a corporation dictates how I can order food is the end of my relationship with it. Goodbye.
