I am writing to recognize the extraordinary team and leadership at this location. I am a frequent McDonald's customer (mostly just coffee), but the experience I had today was, without exaggeration, the best I have ever had at any franchise. I was traveling early and exhausted when I stopped by. I'll admit I had low expectations given the location's surroundings, but the staff immediately blew me away. First, the woman taking orders in the drive-thru was incredibly upbeat. She greeted me as a "Valued Customer" with a tone that was genuinely sincere. When I complimented her at the window, she explained she usually uses names from the mobile app, but since mine didn't display, she wanted to ensure I felt welcomed. Her professionalism was top-tier. Second, at the payment window, the server noticed my coffee lid was loose. Instead of just pressing it down, she proactively replaced both the cup and lid to ensure I wouldn't have a spill in my car. That level of attention to detail is rare. Finally, I was asked to pull forward to wait for my sandwich. A minute later, a third staff member brought my food out with an aura of genuine hospitality and a kind smile. To my total shock, the bag included a complimentary hashbrown and cherry pie as a consolation for the short wait. I have never received such a generous gesture at a McDonald's before. This team turned a "rough" location into a beacon of great service. They aren't just doing a job; they are "blessing" people with their attitudes. Please recognize this crew and their leadership!

I know it’s not the restaurants fault but there are so many people that are on drugs and are roaming around the restaurant and coming up to cars. It’s not a safe area to have your kids around to that clears out. Thankfully the worker shouted at the person. Waited 15 mins for my food and they gave food to people behind me. Worker kept asking me what I had. Then proceeded to say it was being worked on. After that he said he didn’t see my order. Mind you I Placed order my order at 8:41 am left at 9:10am. I had a crying infant and an irritated toddler from having to wait. Thanks

Ladies in the drive through were rude and seemed like they didnt want to be there. I get we all have bad days but there was no effort. Even when we were handed our bag. No words were exchanged at all. We were confused but realized we had everything and left. Probably won't go back due to the lack of customer service.

The worst experience, I was waiting at the counter for more than 18 minutes for my food, I was the only person in there and they were just laughing and talking, they delivered some other order in the drive thru, when I complained about the entire wait time she just told me let me see your ticket to see what your order is, by the way order number 740, she took the ticket from me and gave me my food. The worst people working there, I wish the owner had cameras and watched them.

Absolutely disgusting. My kids were drinking this. I literally thought this was ICE. Whole time it’s plastic. Do better. Whoever did this NEEDS to be FIRED! There’s no reason there should be plastic in a drink. Absolutely no reason. I will be reporting this to higher up.
