BRIAN BRIAN BRIAN!!! My family and I were giving up on this LOCATION but this new Young man named Brian has given this place some hope. I Believe he only works the front counter and the Manager has got to know that she struck gold with this one. And I am not the only one that noticed. I am from this neighborhood and in a world that is being dominated by machines and a lack of human awareness he is being called the Christopher Columbus of Customer Service😁💯

Absolutely no clue what they are doing and not even a minor attempt at customer service. I ordered at the drive thru. When I got to the window, I was asked if I order a nugget happy meal. I said no that I had ordered a cheeseburger happy meal. The cashier rang in my order again and I paid and moved to the next window. The order was wrong so I went to the lobby. There were two other people at the counter. After 5 minutes I asked how long they were waiting and one guy said he had been waiting 20 minutes for a drink. There was also a kid waiting on an ice cream that was clearly ready and melting - just nobody around to serve it. Finally, an employee starts to walk past the front counter and I ask for help, to which she replies “no English.” Another customer approached and, seeing what was going on, yelled to the back end for help. He asked for a manager, but was told none was available. I finally left with the wrong meal. It’s really hard to mess up French fries and nuggets, but both items tasted like fish fried in rancid oil. I rarely go to McDonald’s. I honestly only wanted the toy. However, I will never go back to this location. Absolutely disgusting food and service.

Bryan was awesome his attitude and customer service are above n beyond he can make a day turn great other workers smiles everyone so busy also clean atmosphere treated very well from rude customer s to pick up orders drive Thur n counters everyone was treated with respect Bryan thank u for awesome attitude

They tell me they out early on monopoly and they tell me then its over like to cover there ashes but I bought drinks with the intent of the monoply they still have decor up and its still in there system and there was no indication that they where out at all I bought this on 10/29/25 this is and a scam.

I wish I can give them zero stars I ordered four double cheeseburgers extra pickles. Two orders of large fries with no salt. Not only were my fries.Salty everything tastes like pure salt. Only thing I was able to eat was the two strawberry cream pies. Also, no answer with the phone number because I was curious about a refund. And the mix things worse, they charge extra for the sauce
