The manager at 509 pm on 2-15-24 refused to give me a cup of water with my paid order. He was extremely rude and refused to give me his name. "Jasmine" the male General manager called me and harassed me over the phone after I called corporate.

I came here with my friend using a code in the drive thru.When I told the guy my code he did something to where my code was canceled but I couldn't use my code.The manager came to assist at least that's what I thought..he was so damn rude.He snatched my phone out of my hand and when I siad someybing about it he then decided he didn't want to help so he threw my phone at me and closed the windows.When I beeped my horn to see what's the problem.he locked the windows. If I could give them zero stars I would.Its absolutely no need to be rude, especially if you're in the fast food industry and nobody was being rude to you.. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

One car ahead of me at the drive thru waiting 10 minutes while the first car is honking at the workers for some reason so I just backed out of the drive thru and decided to walk to the window the lady inside literally just staring at me for like 3 more minutes then decided to open the door and say the walk up is closed when I explain I just was waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes all I was ordered was a large hi c her response was well my walk up is closed. The lady could’ve taken my $1.62 got me my drink and sent me on my way, now the drive thru 5 cars deep it’s not even worth it almost 15 minutes for a drink I didn’t even get

I am making this post to address the issues of this location not using both drive-thru lanes. It would be so much quicker, especially with limited space to align vehicles in an orderly fashion instead of them all trying to go into one lane from 27th Ave or Camelback. It's a lot and should be used. An orange cone blocks one lane and it's always there. Other than that, no complaints. 😊

I went here to get food and there were 6 people by the dumpsters smoking crack. Visible pipe, torch, and all. We parked for 2 second to try to place out order before they all looked at us and started walking to the car. I ain't going back.
