DIRTY, unattended and SLOW. 14min for my order and no where to sit the whole lobby was filthy and the soda machine was broken. No napkins and trash everywhere. Horrible excuses for leadership and care, quality, and standard. Don’t waste your time going in. Hit the drive thru since that’s what they focus on. DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!!

The female "manager"/employee has an attitude when corrected with wrong amount. She, I didn't see the name tag, was rude and impatient. The words, "Who are you bro?!," were addressed in a annoyed manner. I responded, "I am me." The female employee/maybe manager, @0115 (different colored shirt) rolled her eyes voiced she wasn't going to deal with my inquiry. Why is McDonald's hiring disrespectful employees? Customer service is supposed to provide top notch priority benifit within McDonald's franchise. Please hire or train better. Side note, I don't think fries are supposed to be limp or less quantity when paying full price...

Dear McDonald’s Customer Service, I am writing to complain about the poor customer service and food quality I recently experienced at your restaurant during the morning hours. Unfortunately, I have had multiple negative experiences involving both the drive-through and lobby service at this location. During one visit to the drive-through, my experience was extremely frustrating because I had to repeat my order three different times, and the crew member still did not get it correct. When I arrived at the payment window, I explained again that the order was wrong and needed to be corrected, but the employees seemed careless and did not make any effort to fix the mistake properly. The lack of attention, poor communication, and careless attitude made the entire experience unpleasant. On another visit while dining in the lobby, I ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes, and my order was not prepared correctly. I did not receive the syrup, butter, forks, or napkins that are supposed to come with the meal. What made the situation even worse was finding eggshells in my eggs, which is unacceptable and concerning from a food safety standpoint. This is not the first time I have experienced problems with the morning staff at this location. The employees often seem careless when taking orders and making sure customers receive everything they paid for. Customers should not have to repeat themselves multiple times or deal with missing items and poor food quality.I expect better quality control, customer service, and professionalism from McDonald’s. I hope management addresses these ongoing issues with the morning crew so future customers have a better experience.

Food, decent. Customer service awful. Guy who helped was nice sucks that soda machine is off for refills. Issues with customer service and having them stop to do refills is horrendous. The blonde lady had stopped to help cash customers and sees 3/4 people lined up for refills. Help the cash customers and walks away. Really rude and wait another 5 mins to ask for someone to do a damn refill. By the time im back at my table find a worker had cleaned table and thrown food away. Need to get it order and communicate that someone help with drinks and tables with visible good food on them isnt abandoned 🫠

Fast and friendly! Nice quick hangover grap and go breakfast. Ordered 2 Mcgridles, 2 hashbrowns and 2 iced coffees. The coffee had very little ice which worked out fine because I took them home and added ice. It felt like double the amount of coffee especially from someone that gets Starbucks quite a bit.
