Kim was stellar and me and my service dog Steve deeply appreciated her warm, professional level of care and service today! She really not only made our day, was kind and I also watched as I sat and enjoyed my meal what's my service dog as she stayed very calm under pressure being so busy today as this location is every day. Every time I go to this location they always get my order right there efficient and I really did appreciate creating a memory with my service dog Steve because of Kim today of all days! If any of her management team read this I hope she gets a recommendation & recognition for her level of customer service and care!

This McDonald's definitely focuses on customer service. I enjoyed that they asked me if I was using rewards since some places dont and they took great care of me and my order. What a great team!

Israel, One of several employees, took time out of his duties and busy workday to assist, not only myself, but other customers inside the establishment. He assisted me more than once though the self ordering system, which is difficult for most people, utilizing the computer touch screen self ordering system himself. He is patient, efficient, and has a positive attitude. Appriciate hard workers such as him. He is consistaint.

Be aware, they don't give the right order, I was in a rush before getting on the freeway and even tho they made me wait a few extra minutes for my double quarter pounder that is not what I got. Sad they make people wait trying to put your order together and it's a lie. They gave me a basic cheese burger for the price of another burger.

I ordered food from this place multiple times. Not ordering there ever again. Tried giving them a chance but every time they always forget to add salt onto the burger and fries. Their sweet tea is always expired as well. I ordered on door dash and my burger is burnt and they forgot my sauces which were ranch and buffalo! I paid for those sauces but got nothing in the bag. Disappointed!
