they always take a long time and the restaurant is always dirty, I would much rather go to a different McDonald's. This is the worst one I've been to in a long time, there was trash on the pickup area and they just put my food up there and moved it over with my food bag to hand it to me very rude.

Gross food and horrible hygiene. Employee left food prep area to unlock bathroom- touching nasty keypad on bathroom door and then returned to food prep without washing hands. Fries were burned and cold burger was stale and cold. Discarded all of it after witnessing hygiene issue.

Absolutely terrible service sat in the parking lot waiting for my order for about 15 minutes before I had to walk inside and verbally ask for my order because the manager was too lazy to bring it out and instead lied about saying that it was a mobile curbside pick up and said that it was ordered for an inside pick up. It’s easier to lie to the customer than it needs to take responsibility horrible customer service.

Tried to order through the drive through, worker said they were closed at 12, but people were still working long after 12. Called the store and checked to make sure the place was open and a worker gave me attitude saying “well we’re not open” after I had said that google as well as the McDonald’s website showed that the drive through was open. I get it’s McDonald’s but let’s be real here they chose to work there in the first place. That’s ridiculous… the lack of accountability… my visit was on Tuesday (June 23)

Slowest service I have ever experienced at any fast food location. They weren't busy at all but the staff was slow and being dismissive of other customers. I over heard kitchen staff claiming they already made an order, just after it was brought back by another customer. She stated that they got the order wrong, and kitchen staff thought it appropriate to back talk front service staff. I have worked in every kind of kitchen, and this behavior is unacceptable, even for something as unassuming as fast food. The owner needs to be more careful about who they hire, or this location will go out of business.
