i get there are small fries. but why did i pay 6$ for the mc double meal and get half a fry with my order & no this is real and hard earned money. all my small fries for all 3 of my meals were like this but this one was the worse one out of all of them. do better.

I went to 3 McDonald’s because my granddaughter discovered the Lil McDonald’s toys! The food is not very good but we went on a treasure hunt in this blazing heat. The Valencia/12th location were so nice. The location was clean & employees were so nice. They were willing to allow me to buy additional toy with my meal. There was a playground. The Rita Ranch location was clean & employees were super friendly & willing to allow me to buy additional toy with my meal as well. They checked the bottom of the boxes for the toy number to make sure I didn’t buy a duplicate & told me how the toys were numbered from the poster. There was no playground & it was hot. The Valencia/Cardinal was so not friendly & super hot inside. The girl at the counter was not nice & acted like I was bothering her. She said that she didn’t know anything it was her 1st day & she walked away! I walked away also & didn’t buy anything that was such an unpleasant encounter my grandchild had to witness.

Man this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at this McDonald’s in a while. Ulises was a great employee who was very attentive to the customers. When I wanted more Diet Coke he happily served me. He even helped me pay with cash which was helpful. Great employee who is destined for a great future. Thank you Ulises!

I get it’s a busy location but I could do without you smashing my food and an ungodly amount of mayo also the lettuce was wilted and brown . There is absolutely no need to do this when packaging food. I’ve worked fast food and it’s ridiculous. I also called to let the manager know and tell her about the lettuce and she was very rude and unprofessional.

1st incident where they forgot my sons nuggets in his happy meal and now I go today for another happy meal and in that meal was Mario happy meal #12 and im so excited because my son has been dying for daddy bowser I get home and it’s BIRDO YOU SERIOUSLY CHANGED A TOY IN A BOX WHY why in the world Would you take the one out and swap it birdo is #9 and now I have a salty toddler who won’t go to bed because he don’t have daddy bowser so baby bowser to go to bed and I’m up consoling him and he’s mad do better
