This is my 1st & LAST time coming to the "new" rebuilt automated location. Where do I begin 🤦🏽‍♀️ 1. Waited about 10 min for my food. 2. another 10 min waiting to get utensils 3. My specialty drink was not what was ordered & paid for. 4. Another 15 min to have it remaid. 5. Finally get to the last few bites of my eggs only to find shells cooked into the scramble 😯. It took another 5-7 min to get the manager. Showed him the plate, not asking for anything but attention to detail! I gave a rundown of what the experience was like & all he said was "I'm sorry". Not to mention the whole time here, the staff focused on the drive thru and barely acknowledge the customers and the line that was forming of angry patrons waiting just as long as I was for my food. To make it worse the table next to me was delivered cold food. The older Saint said she wasn't about to wait for a remake because they waited too long to get their breakfast sandwiches & 2 coffees. McDonald's ... Mr. & Mrs. Dias your staff needs customer service training. When you know better, you do better.

When we walked in today, I wasn't expecting anything special. Just another average McDonald's meal in the boring new modern building. But I was very surprised! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, gave a fantastic vibe. But the BEST part was THE MASCOT COSTUME! A Birdie mascot was walking around the restaurant, presumably because of the school fundraiser going on? (we did get a couple cookies for that, very pleasant and fun) It's amazing seeing the mascots still being a part of McDonald's identity, and it easily highlighted this from an average experience to something worth talking about! The ONLY thing that would've made this experience better is if the new renovated building wasn't so corporate and lifeless. Fun colours and architecture make older locations so much more welcoming! Not to mention the nostalgia. That's worth capitalizing on! (as long as isn't done artificially and carelessly. Fans can tell)

The rebuild of the McDonald's is nice. It is much smaller than previous. I found it clean and smelling new. The table I wanted was dirty but I did have to get someone to clean it so 4 stars. There really is no one on site. You stand up at the front and someone might see you and ask if you need help if you catch them on a good day. Mostly everything is done on the kiosk which is what most McDonald's are going to now. The seating area is smaller but most people order out or delivery and drive thru. My food was hot and prepared the way I asked but the nuggets were a little overdone. I would definitely eat here again.

As routinely systematic as McDonald's can be. It's amazing when you find one franchise that doesn't quite cut it like the rest. I don't know if this location is chronically, understaffed or undermotivated but as far as the food is concerned, especially breakfast, a mainstay for McDonald's this location consistently underperforms others. There are frequently long lines and food just doesn't come out to the same standards as other McDonald's unfortunately. I generally don't leave negative reviews and it pains me to do so here because I'm normally quite positive, but things have to change here I think.

Always great food however the service is questionable. doesn't matter how in advance I place my order I always get pushed out of line to the front wait line which is probably an app issue. Today was missing 1 of 3 items had to drive back from home Thanks for great food just wish service was equal
