I come to this McDonald's everyday because I love their coffee. All the workers are great except one. His name is Peter he takes drive-thru orders and he is the rudest person I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. He talks to people like they are stupid he rushes you to order. He sighs in the middle of you ordering on the intercom and keeps interrupting and saying what else do you want! Every time I try to give him a code he messes it up some way or another and then says he can't do anything about it to fix it. And then he argues back and forth with you over the intercom. Not professional at all. What happened to the customer is always right!? I work in a restaurant.. This behavior towards customers would not be tolerated where I work that's for sure! I cannot believe that he is in a position of power seems to be a manager or something. After today's encounter I'm definitely going to be reaching out to corporate or the GM. I've had three terrible incidents with him he's disgusting and should be fired.

Came for breakfast on a Friday morning. Not to busy, but a typical breakfast rush. We got our order fairly quickly after paying, but half or order was wrong. As soon as I realized, I circled back and went in, with my receipt in hand with wrong breakfast sandwich in the bag. Manager quickly took receipt, and bag with sandwich back, and came back with the correct food, but forgot my receipt. Asked if I wanted it, and had to walk back for it again. No apology, just, "Have a nice day". My warning would be: Check Your Order Before You Leave The Parking Lot.

On Saturday, November 15th before 10:30 am, we went to the 24/7 location at 22nd street & Kolb in Tucson to get a Big Mac sandwich, and we were told on the drive- thru speaker that we couldn’t get the Big Mac sandwich until about 10:30 am that morning, yet, on your website, it says that the above location serves food 24 hours a day & night, yet, we had to come back at 10:30 ( 30 minutes later ) for my daughter’s Big Mac sandwich. ( Not good advertising offer food, then not do it. ). I have known this location since it opened to live up to its reputation by getting whatever the food & drinks the customer-s want.

It's close to my job, always fast at the drive thru, I have never had to pull up after the windows to wait out front or wver seen anyone wait out front. Thanks to the a great crew working so well together. This location is in my Top locations for lunch . Again Thanks for your hard work getting these order out so quick and accurate.

I was attempting to dine in around 3pm until high schoolers started to openly vape their Marijuana right in view of employees and the cameras. I am on oxygen and was sitting by the registers the smell was so strong I had to leave since they were smoking.
