Raw food... unsatisfactory please keep your family safe and stay clear from this location on swan and ft lowell at least for the night shift Saturday nights...that entire crew should be retrained or let go had we known the food quality was like this we would have demanded a refund...never again will we try this food chain again.

I got the 4 piece chicken strips as shown in the drive thru picture. This is what I got. I ate the other two which were identical, mid way through I realized I had to write this review to stop anyone from getting their snack wrap and the 4 piece. Save your money, go to Canes. The snack wrap was messy and had sauce all over the outside. I haven’t eaten the burger yet (it’s in front of me) but it looks appetizing so I’ll end the review with how disappointing the strips and wrap were :)

The manager Muhammad is really good not only at his job, but most importantly with people! Accidentally got the wrong order and of course it’s gonna happen from time to time, but the fact that I’m moving right now made it a lot more hectic, but Mohammad made it easy and quick, which is what you do when you have a mishap. I was not interrogated or anything like most places try to make you feel like it was your fault. Victor as well who greeted me as I walked in, I explained my situation and without a pause he and Muhammad genuinely and cordially took care of me with real sincerity!

My name is Caroline. I visited this location. Just ordering a bundle being so thankful for the top tier customer service. The manager Ms Kelly. Is fantastic at her job! With listening & Understanding, not once did i have any attitudes, ffom any workers just a big, happy smile that doubled.Mine, thank you so much, Ms Kelly I'll be returning.
