We ordered 2 kids meals we had originally asked for cheeseburgers which I’ve asked for before with no problem because they charge .20 for the cheese and I was told I couldn’t do that. Then I asked with extra pickles and only got 1 pickle in each and when I went in to let them know, the manager that was there just had to make things so much worse and she thought it was so funny! If I could give the service 0 stars I would. Also the 2 girls that had the headsets one was wearing a pink sweater as we said thank you she just looked away continued talking to the other employee and shut the window

Lazy and incompetent workers at this location, and it's every single time, it's safe to say I will never return to this establishment. The crazy part is there were managers back there and looked at me. Remember when you arrived at a "restaurant," and they acknowledged you or even told you they'll be right with you? While I was waiting patiently all the workers were yapping and most of them were just standing around and didn't even act like I existed. They weren't even busy due to the repaving of the road, so patience wasn't a virtue at that point. I am so glad I walked out and pursued to never coming back. Y'all can keep that nasty attitude and customer service.

Take forever to make food even when you order ahead you have to get down even tho it says put number of spot you parked at.. I will never understand the greediness with the ketchup you spent $30 dollars and still get 2 packet of ketchup and if you ask for more they hand you 2 more with attitude. Food never tastes fresh even tho you wait forever for it.

Not a big fan of mcds since they use alot of unhealthy products in all there food. But had to stop to get the grinch meal, since my wife wanted the socks. But there grinch fries were delicious dont know what it's made out of and dont want to know lol. Definitely loved the pickle seasoning. Find it a bit expensive for the quality and always have issues when I order something special, like extra pickles . Don't know extra means only 2. Always have that issue. So I rarely stop. In and out and Culvers are a better option especially for the price.

The manager Belinda was extremely rude and unhelpful to her employees, she constantly yelled at people doing their jobs and made the experience ghetto. I am a manager myself and this is horrendous. However, the young woman who helped with the kiosk was extremely patient and made the service and experience enjoyable.
