When coming by in the early morning hours, 5 to 6:00 a.m, I always have had excellent service and hot food. The inside dining area has been clean, the music is at a low volume. Customers are cheerfully given access to the restrooms.

The food is same. But service was out of this world. Had to remember I was at McDonald's. The staff was courteous, polite, and engaging. Wonderful time, wish I would have eaten in. Thank you

We visited this McDonald’s during the night and had gone through the drive-thru. The person taking the order seemed confused and unhelpful. The person taking the payment was very friendly and kind, however when we recieved our order a bag was just thrown out of the window. There was no person, just an arm, which was quite rude and unprofessional. Additionally upon checking our order, we found that they provided us the incorrect sauces, and we had ordered a 20 piece nugget that we only received 18 of. The combination of an incorrect order and largely unprofessional service has lead us to decide to not return to this location, as this seems to be a running trend with this location. I often have visited this location on mornings or evenings inside and found the managers to be unkind to customers or even staff.

The best mcds hands down in Tucson. My food is always fresh & hot. Always stop by when im in town, I live about 45 mins away too. Keep those hot n spicys coming fresh crew. 💙

Not to be surprised but always getting orders wrong at this location. Had to go back foe one thing, got home to discover they forgot the literal hamburger part of a freaking hamburger. Customer service is rude. The guy mumbling into the mic with all his words sounding.like one word together with a bunch of marbles in his mouth was so quick to tell me "I can't hear a word you're saying". If you want a liveable wage. Do a liveable wages work.
