I’m not sure why certain people work if they do not want to be there. The guy who took my order was rude and did not even listen to what I wanted and didn’t want. I asked for no onion because I am allergic and it had onions. All they did was wipe the buns and gave me the same buns. I know because there was still onions in the damn burger. The person who was dressed like what looked like a manager sucked at her job! She was rude and couldn’t read the receipt. Come on people if you are mad and don’t like working there just quit. Let a nice younger person work. Someone who appreciates their job and has better customer service.

Don't bother ordering from here up to an hour before they close. Employees frequently decide to just stop working/answering drive thru and lock the doors. Phone calls from door dash driver and myself hung up on. Not the first time I've experienced this at this location and the mcdonalds feedback site doesn't work. Incredibly annoying.

Horrible mcdonalds got my order wrong they dont have a fountain to refill ur drinks gave me a punch card for my wrong order the girl Juliana was super nice she tried her best with what she had to help inderstand me but this plaxe is a joke my kids and I will never come back to this place. Always gets our order wrong this was my last straw waited 30 mins for the wrong order just to deal with this suoer unacceptable

1 Star – A Survival Quest with Excellent NPCs I stepped into this McDonald’s for a quick meal, but I’m fairly certain I accidentally walked into a post-apocalyptic simulation. First, let’s discuss the hygiene—or the total lack thereof. I went to wash my hands, but the bathroom sink offered about as much water as a dry creek bed in mid-July. I turned to the hand sanitizer station for salvation, only to find it emptier than my bank account after a holiday. At this point, my hands were a walking biological hazard. The "ambiance" featured a homeless gentleman who was mid-argument with a trash can. He was losing the debate, and he decided to take his frustrations out by yelling at every customer within a fifty-foot radius. Meanwhile, the food standards were a tragedy; my burger looked like it had been flattened by a steamroller and then left to contemplate its life choices under a lukewarm lamp. The only thing that kept me from sprinting out the door was the staff. The woman working the counter was an absolute angel. She was dodging insults from the yelling guy and apologizing for the lack of plumbing with genuine grace. That was the only "Happy" part of this Meal. Give that ladie a massive raise; she was single-handedly holding the Golden Arches together with nothing but kindness and sheer willpower.

Terrible customer service on 1/17/26 evening. I was on drive through and my Order was not taken despite waiting t least 5 min. Two cars/customers to my left got order taken. I finally decided to pull up to pick up window to tell the employee what had happened. No smile, no apology, no thank you. Gave me the drink and asked me to park in the front to wait for the food. Different employee brings burger out and I realize fries are missing. Again, no smile, apology or thank you. Will not be back! Hopefully owner reads this and gives customer service training to the employees
