Came through at 10:50 was told they don’t have any more meat that I have to order something chicken that they already have cooked and proceeded to wait over 10 minutes to get out of the drive thru line. Closing time is closing time you shouldn’t pre-close and have items not available to get ready for a detail cleaning when your turning away cars at least three or four I saw. Bad costumer service this store just needs to be better and more about the guest service not cleaning to go home.

It's like the inmates are running this asylum They've taken the menu off the wall. There's no longer a menu that you can look at. There's a big sign saying that you're not allowed to eat there. How are they in business still There's no longer somebody at a register that you can order with. There is these kiosks that are running Windows me and take 15 minutes in between touch screen presses to load the next page. It is the most insanely bad idea I've ever seen in my life. You have people smoking off foil as you enter the building. Extremely rude staff That act like you're crazy because you ask where the menu is at. You know the the thing that they had up on the the wall above the register for the past 50 years at every McDonald's and then half their kiosks are closed if you're going to automate the process why are they all closed but 1 ? Why are they running so slow that I literally walked across the street to Whataburger ordered and got my food came back before My partner could order here

The manager Winette (I think that was her name) is a breath of fresh air at this location. I usually don't like going to this location because there is always issues with my order and I'm usually met with attitude and dissatisfaction but it is closer to my house. Not tonight, the manager went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. There was issues with my order but the manager made sure my wait time was compensated very well! I will definitely be going back to this location! I know she doesn't get paid enough for her quality of customer service and she deserves a raise!

Beef patty over cooked. They did not grill the onions and the kid who brought out the food was rude. I will never visit this location ever again.

Absolutely a horrible experience! I started in the outer lane in the drive thru but after 3 other vehicles went through the inner lane and my presence wasn't even acknowledged, we decided to go inside. Once they gave us our food, they didn't include the drinks. When I opened my meal in my vehicle I went to pick up my sandwich and the bottom bun was missing. How do you miss the other half of a bun???? The girls inside had no customer service skills and left a bunch of customers in the lobby with out any acknowledgement.
