Came to this location today and ordered with the mobile app and part at spot number four. My payment was received, and I was notified on the app that my food would take 2-5 minutes. 18 minutes a worker came to my car with another person's order. She caught that immediately. I was told to "hang on." If I Did not have my grandson (baby) with me I would have got out and waited in the lobby with put too much worry. But it was raining. He was also very hungry and fussy and crying. So After 18 minutes had passed, I drove to the drive through and explained that. I haven't waiting a long time without any communication about my order. I also explained my concern as the app was telling me to enjoy my food as if I had already picked it up so obviously they cleared the order so it shows their delivery time is better than what it really is. I was told "i'm sorry I was really busy." Of course, I understand. However, I paid for this order 20 minutes prior to me speaking to someone at the speaker in the drive-through. I was told that the order was just prepared and it would be hot. I pulled forward to the window. The food was fresh as promised. However, I was not provided the happy meal I ordered and paid for. I also was not provided the sauces for the mcnuggets that I ordered. So there I have to wait even longer for them to prepare the happy meal that was clearly on the receipt and the sticker that was on the bag. When I asked for my 3 spaces that were also on the sticker and receipt, I had to literally explain that I ordered 3 just to get 3 sauces. At this point I became very irritated and stated "you know, After waiting 30 minutes and the order was missing an enter meal, you would think that it wouldn't be a problem to throw in a couple extra sauces". At that time, the worker shut the window on me, and as I continued to speak. I was hoping that she would turn around. So I can address this poor customer service. She would not look at me, and I left. Because I had a hungry baby in the car. And I had hungry older children at the house. This was my final straw with poor customer service. There's no reason for me to put my money to support a corporation. That doesn't value the customer. I was just satisfied with the big mac's as well. pictures below. I'm just curious how if this is how they are always made, because it doesn't look like the photo on the menu.

I really gotta stop coming here. Every time I do I keep telling myself they fixed the issue they learned from experience. Hell no. The burgers from here have 2 variations. It either tastes like an actual burger or it tastes like hamburger helper which definitely means this meat has been sitting for a while. I’ve worked the stove I know about the 1hr limit. That rule doesn’t always apply for each location. I recommend going to Ingram and Herndon they at least get it right the first time. ORRR the one at Clovis and 168. I used coupons to only pay 5$ for a meal

Michelle was incredible thank you so much for providing the extra happy meal box I wanted and being so kind 10/10 wonderful customer service will definitely come back, I’m not sure why there is negative reviews I clearly didn’t see anything at all close to the amazing work that was put in to serve my happy meal to make me “happy”.

Went in at 1:58 pm today 4/12/26.. order our food at the kiosk. Everything was fine except one thing that not one employee said anything. One of those doordash Indian man had his arms all up on the area where people pick up their mobile orders. It stunk badly in that area and not one employee said anything. It was disgusting. They shouldn't allow anyone to do that. Its not an arm rest. No one wants their food stinking bad because none of the employees said nothing. I really hope a manager or someone sees this and looks on their cameras around 2ish or so and they could see it all on camera.

I've been here a few times early in the morning and have been met with underwhelming service. I have been turned away before being early in the morning, 4-5 am. Staff was taking my asked for my order and was not ready, so I had to give the order again they did not seem well trained. I ordered a drink and some food. The lady was quick with the food and I have been told to go to the side until the order is complete. She just said here you go and no indication of what was going on with the drink. I was handed the food, but I never got the drink. I just wish that it did not feel like I was defrauded by the business. Food was okay, I took a few bites and realized I did not get my drink then lost my appetite. Staff needs to be trained better, one of the most lacking times I have been there.
