Monica 11 months agoAsked for food to be cooked fresh so it isn’t all stale and cold. They proceeded to give me a RAW Big Mac. The manager (Asian guy on over night shift 8/9/25) gave us a refund and did not apologize or anything!!! Will be calling corporate tomorrow to inform them of this smh. Thank god we always check the food before eating. If we got sick there would have been hell to pay because that’s disgusting and harmful.
Jaja a month agoWhat kind of burger is this? The tomatoes were all to one side, not inside the buns. The meat itself was cold, and also not in the burger. Idk who was having a bad day when they assembled this burger, but please don't do this again.
Adri g 4 months agoGood was as expected but my main reason for rating is the fact there was SO MUCH FOOD on the floor. It got me a bit mad the there was crumbs on the tables and whole fries on the floor.. and the girl working looked like she didn't want to be there. Every other worker was fine though idk why.
Monica Evie 3 months agoI don’t wanna sound like a mean person. But when we were in the drive-through last night, the cashier had a bloody paper towel hanging out of his nostril. I could see the blood all over the paper towel. There was a lot of blood and the paper towel was like three or 4 inches long coming out of his nostril, he had plugged his nostril because he had a bloody nose. The paper towel was not tiny. It was huge. It was literally hanging out of his nose by at least three or 4 inches. It was a huge bloody paper towel. I don’t wanna sound like a mean person I have a heart. And I did work fast food and restaurant jobs for many years, so I do not want to come off as cold hearted, but honestly it was gross seeing a bunch of blood. Obviously, he cannot be cooking food with blood coming out of his nose, but I don’t think he should’ve been put as the cashier either. His manager should have sent him on a break until his nose stopped bleeding. I also saw him walk away and throw away the bloody paper towel and then put another one in his nose and I did not see him wash his hands. I’m pretty sure that he went right back to being cashier. Again, I don’t wanna sound like a mean person, I feel bad for the guy. It’s not his fault. He cannot help it. Having a bloody nose really does suck, but I’m gonna be totally honest. It did gross me out. People can have all sorts of diseases like HIV or aids, I don’t know what type of diseases you can catch from blood, but the idea of someone handling my debit card while they have blood coming out of their face just really weirded me out. I feel bad saying that, I really don’t wanna sound like a mean person because I have sympathy and I feel bad for the guy. I just don’t understand why his manager didn’t send him on a break. It’s not fair to the guy he needs to recover from his nosebleed. Also, it’s not fair to the customers because we don’t know what diseases he may or may not have , but I’m gonna be totally honest it grossed me out seeing that giant bloody paper towel on his face. I am sorry I am not trying to be rude. I just think that when someone is going through something medically like this that they should be sent on a break until they feel better. That is the right thing to do.
Brian P. 7 months agoThey are always out of everything, and be prepared because no matter what you order they are trained to park you as soon as you pull up. They actually just did a remodel outside, just so they could park more customers easier. So if anyone cares today they are out of ice cream and shakes at 1230pm out of Dr. Pepper for drinks and also No sweet and Sour sauce, I dont understand how poorly managed this McDonald's is.
