I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with this McDonald’s location. For the second time, I was served a burger that was completely raw in the middle. I was feeding this to my little brother, who has autism and may not have realized the meat was unsafe to eat until it was too late. Serving raw ground beef is dangerous, and for this to happen twice shows a complete lack of food safety standards and oversight in the kitchen. Management needs to address this immediately before someone gets seriously ill. I will not be returning. It is a serious health safety issue.!

Twice cooked fish is disrespecting my money with poor quality. See photo evidence. Ordered a fresh filet o fish sandwich. Received twice cooked greasy over cooked filet o fish. I feel violated!!!! My good money. Plus Yahet hung up before getting my information to make it right just bc I said they are not mature to recook my fish. So he hung up, a real grown up

Today is 2/18 it’s 1140a and there are two women one at each window of this McDonalds and they are the most wonderful employees ever. Just by the small interaction I had at the window with their excellent customer service I’m blown away and want to come back to this McDonald as long as they are there. Thank you for being pleasant, genuine, and professional in just a small amount of time at the busiest hour of the day! God bless you!

On March 19, 2026, at approximately 12:40 to 1:00pm, the first window girl took my payment but didn’t ask if I wanted my receipt or my rewards number. She closed the window and just began talking to her coworker. I stayed at that window until she finally realized and asked why I was waiting. I told her that I was never asked about my receipt and she said she couldn’t anymore because the pos system can’t reprint receipts and because I didn’t tell her I wanted a receipt beforehand. Asking for a receipt shouldn’t be an issue and the sass of the associate was uncalled for. I want to make it clear that this mcdonalds is the one at 669 E Nees Ave, Fresno, CA 93720.

I went through the drive through and was asked to park in the front. After waiting 10+ minutes i decided to go inside to ask about my order in case they were short staffed. I was given my order and when I asked if this was all she (the employee) said yes. I started looking through the bag and saw that I got BBQ sauce instead of ranch, and i asked her to exchange it. She grabbed it from me and threw it on the counter behind her. Feeling the disturbance i left and proceeded to check my order in my car. I came back because i was missing an item. When i got to the counter I said excuse me an the same employee ignored me. I asked someone to call her over and she refused and walked away. Someone named Helix came in her place and as I was trying to explain to him my negative experience I asked for the ladys name and he refused to provide it so that I could file a complaint and nothing was done about the disrespect i experienced.
