Went through the drive thru at 7:30 am on a Sunday & asked to have tomato & mayo added to my English muffin and was told they were out of both. WhunI get to the window to pick up the food, I ask the worker to confirm whether or not they are out of tomatoes & mayo. She asks the manager & is told yes they have it. I asked, then why did the other worker just tell me you were out? I asked again to have it added, the lady at the window asked them to add it only to have someone, I assume it was the manager, tell her they were out. Just a blatant lie! The lady at the window understood my frustration. Come to find out, they didn't want to add it because there was only one person in the kitchen. It does not take that much time to spread some mayo on the bun and slap a slice of tomato on top. Not to mention the attitude and non customer service skills that are lacking at this store. Whomever the regional is, definitely needs to do more training.

I went through the drive thru at Mcdonaldns around 4:52pm Friday, March 20, 2026. The worker her name is Jasmine, she needs to get fired or get trained properly and learn manners. We clearly asked for 3 Mcflurrys and she said she couldn’t hear us multiple times and then she said ‘Ok. Pull up to the first window.’ So we went and the guy told us $9 something. I noticed how low the price was so I checked the receipt and it was 3 ice cream cones instead of 3 mcflurrys like we asked. So as I go to the second window I say ‘Oh, we actually asked for 3 Mcflurrys!’ She shows so much additude towards me and my kids and claims I (the mom) said 3 cones. She tried gaslighting me because she knew English is not my first language so then I told her it was actually my daughters who ordered. So we don’t take the ice cream and we parked the car to go inside instead to clear the situation. My daughters go in, mind you they are 13 years olds and she looks around 20 something. She refuses to give a refund and shows so much aditude towards 13 YEAR OLDS. She is a grown woman and she is arguing she is trying to gaslight them. The a lady in a red shirt just says ‘Okay you guys can get the refund.’ She didn’t want to give a price difference/replace for the mcflurrys. It was such a simple situation and she enlarged it for no reason. She started to laugh and roll her eyes at my kids. It was crazy. No customer service or respect. She needs to be fired ASAP or get properly trained and learn the policy(the right to refuse the order). And Jasmine if you want to talk with me, leave a comment below.

Not sure what the issue with this McDonald’s is. The dine was hot and muggy, and they don’t do refills on fountain drinks.

Franchise owner/ manager needs to increase customer service training to staff. My food was delivered in a timely manner but when I asked for additional ketchup and I was responded with an exhausted face gesture. I went back to ask for additional coffee and the second staff member also had a froun. When the second staff handed me the coffee I responded with a thank you and the staff member continue to walk away. I said it again much louder and still didn't receive a response. Thats two staff members. Thank you for the great food but I will look for another location to enjoy my mornings. I'll come back in a few months to see progress because I like the new construction upgrade but the staff customer service also needs to be upgraded. Thanks,
