I had a really positive experience at the McDonald’s on Ingram Avenue in Fresno. The staff was friendly, polite, and worked quickly to get orders out. My food was fresh, hot, and made correctly, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was also clean and well organized, making it a comfortable place to stop for a meal. The employees provided excellent customer service and made the visit enjoyable. Even during a busy time, they stayed professional and helpful. It’s great to see a fast-food restaurant that works hard to keep customers happy. I will definitely be returning and would recommend this location to others looking for quick and friendly service.

Laura is ALWAYS so sweet! She’s very attentive and kind! It’s always a pleasure when she’s working. Some of the employees that work at this location are super rude and don’t seem to like their job, so it’s definitely nice seeing Laura when I come to this location. She’s a hard worker and she is always smiling and very friendly.

Horrible. They never have fast food ready. Both times I showed up, I had to wait another 10 minutes in the empty parking lot to get my cold coffee , that was supposed to be hot. Any other restaurant is better than this not fast food restaurant.

This is my utmost worst experience here at McDonalds. Today is November 30, 2025. I ordered a Double cheeseburger, McChicken and a Lg sprite. Keep note that I ordered this at 2:32 pm. It is now 3:35 pm. I understand that McDonald is usually busy but I tried talking to the workers but they would small talk me then walk away. I tried talking to three of them but they are very unprofessional. Luckily the manager was there. He was able to help me find my order. These workers are unfit to even work at a McDonald. Please find new workers.

Ordered mc nugget combo and meal deal combo, curbside. Got the order and the server realized the fries were missing so she went to go get them (+1 star). Well, there were no sauces in the bag either! so we had to eat them plain. Terrible. 4 out of 5 times they miss something in the order. I'm done with McDonald's.
