I am writing to express my frustration regarding repeated negative experiences at this McDonald's location. Because I live nearby, I have visited this restaurant numerous times, and unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been poor. Staff members are often rude, dismissive, and show little regard for customers' time or concerns. Most recently, my family visited at approximately 9:00 PM, an hour before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM. The dining room doors were locked, and although employees clearly saw us attempting to enter, they completely ignored us. No one came to the door to explain the situation or inform us that the dining room had closed early. What made the experience even more frustrating was that there were still people inside the dining area. Our youngest daughter, who is five years old and autistic, had been looking forward to McDonald's all day. She could not understand why the employees would not acknowledge us or explain what was happening. As a result, we were left with an upset child, no meal, and a strong feeling of being disregarded as customers. In addition to this incident, the restaurant is often uncomfortable to dine in due to the lack of air conditioning, and I have frequently noticed flies and other insects inside the dining area. These issues, combined with the poor customer service, have made visits increasingly unpleasant. I attempted to speak with a manager regarding these concerns, but no manager was available. I hope these issues can be addressed so that customers are treated with basic courtesy and the restaurant environment is maintained at an acceptable standard.

I received my food cold and it looks like they just reheated the meat cause I asked for well done and it looks like it's burnt.The people in patient and didn't look happy being there it sucks that you have to pay for your kid to have a warm meal.But yet when you receive the food gets cold , especially the french fries , cold and hard

Visited this McDonald’s during a casual 105-degree Fresno afternoon, also known as “surface of the sun,” just trying to survive long enough to rehydrate. Unfortunately, the lobby soda machines were down, which meant my usual survival strategy of filling up my water jug like a responsible desert traveler was not an option. No problem, I thought—I’ll just ask for a few cups of water. That’s when I learned this location is apparently operating under strict, top-secret water conservation protocols. I was informed I could only receive ONE water per person unless I wanted to start financing the local reservoir. So I said, “Cool, one water please,” and when it arrived, I politely asked if refills were free. After a brief moment of hesitation that suggested I had just discovered a loophole in the system, the employee confirmed: yes, refills are free. What followed felt like a high-stakes chess match. I poured the water into my jug, handed back the empty cup for a refill… and was returned a completely different cup—half the size. At this point, I can only assume I accidentally triggered Phase 2 of their water rationing program. I’ve never seen such dedication to conserving resources. Truly inspiring. Somewhere, a cactus is nodding in approval. Overall, 5 stars for creativity, 1 star for hydration. Bring your own water… or a lawyer.

Usually just get a large Coke in the drive-thru, in my way home after visiting my mom in memory care. The fountain mix has always been spot on and if you're not a fountain drink consumer, dare I say aficionado 😄😅, then you won't understand, but if you know, you know. Would like if they hired more people so they'd open both drive-thru lanes during the afternoon/evening, cuz invariably there are people ordering for entire families, if not the entire neighborhood. Their conscientious and considerate staff are appreciated.

Was extremely unsatisfactory, food was very stale. The Big Mac I ordered had what looked like old meat and was not warm. The chicken wrap we ordered was mostly tortilla, and the fries tasted like they were a day old. Clean location but the food definitely didn’t taste good. Our order had several items missing as well.
