The ice cream machine works and fries are mid could use a little more salt but other wise great food for McDonald's. The staff is very nice and helpful for disabled people. But the building is located in a area with a lot of homeless and sketchy people, the homeless aren't really an issue, other then the trash they leave, but the sketchy people with act weirdly and bring a bad atmosphere, there rarer compared to the homeless though

This McDonald’s is usually very busy, so it’s a good idea to double-check your order. The staff is friendly and works hard to keep things moving, and the food is consistent. Overall, it’s a convenient spot if you’re passing through.

trash, had i believe cat fur in the food called and told them that there was food and they stated we have the wrong store yet i asked this is the one on olive right? they said yes and still said they couldn’t find my receipt yada yada i told them i have it and all the receipts and everything and they wanna pretend like theyll give us a call later. the girl also said “yeah can’t be this one we have no pets here” 🤦🏻‍♀️

Menu never updates. They are anti customer service and just anti customer satisfaction in general. I'm vegetarian, often outvoted so I end up having to self build a vegetarian sandwich here. By the time I'm done customizing options by removing the $3 patty I don't want and adding enough lettuce, tomato, and onion to make up for the subpar portions the McDonalds corp allows its workers to allocate per burger, I'm up to $10-13 per unexciting, over sauced veggie meh. Not loving it. And why can't I just enter my phone number, like at every other place of business, instead of a specific code only available in the app, to order at the inside kiosk?? I had to sit down at the table INSIDE THE RESTAURANT to order pick up because the app wouldn't load, there was no cashier, and I promised my daughter a dumb shamrock shake - which of course that location didn't have. I'm so over the tarnished golden arches, I hope Carl's Junior buys them all and I will happily be helping them.

⭐ 1 Star Stopped here on 1/2/26 around 9:10 AM on our way to Disneyland. Dined in and ordered at the kiosk. Later that afternoon, my six-year-old daughter and I became severely ill and ended up in urgent care with food poisoning, which ruined a large part of our vacation and cost us money. The cleanliness was already concerning while we were there. The lobby was dirty, and I watched an employee let several guests into the restroom and then go behind the food prep area without washing hands or changing gloves. There were also people sleeping directly against the building. Health and sanitation should be the priority. Based on what I experienced and observed, I would not eat at this location again.
