Our first visit...Service was slow. Kios was not working, had to order at counter. When we got our food, the order was wrong and then when they redid it, it was if they forgot. It took twice as long to get the second order. Update# We were invited back. Service was great. Manager Xam was terrific. Our food was the way we wanted it. Thank you for a better day.

I ordered a fish filet meal specifically told them no tartars sauce,are what do I get a sandwich pouring with tartar sauce? These people are stupid can never get nothing, right? What a waste of money and time on McDonald's Store # 35676 and ks #13 @8:24pm Date 05/29/26,it be nice if I could post a picture of my sloppy sandwich, which I had to throw away.

I love McDonalds what I don’t love is that it takes my grandpa and I a lot of time to get them to help us out placing the order. Specially for grandpa, sometimes he comes back home with no breakfast because he got tired of waiting and no body helping him out. That’s why I started coming with him because I can speak up for him. I can be more loud to get workers attention. Thought it takes a long time.

Horrible, very dirty, the only thing that was more clean was the bathroom but even that felt dirty. Trash was overflowing, trash was on the ground, tables dirty, crumbs everywhere. Service was poor quality, they took forever to come to the counter to take our order and the HOT coffee I ordered was cold, and mind you this was a hot coffee, we asked for them to warm it and later when I tried it, it was old and cold which is bound to have germs I’m not an health expert but that place, and coffee (maybe) is a health hazard I hope you all have better experiences but try your best to avoid this McDonald’s. Drive thru was quick and finally they didn’t make me park . Usually check my meals before I leave but this time I trusted that my meal will be good. Kids happy also carry 4-5 strips of fries like what in the world. I know it’s a kids meal but it’s ridiculous how little of fries it had. Pretty pricey meal for that amount of fries as well. The fries were fresh I guess positive thing about the fries.
