I have officially given up on this location. I usually go here around 11-11:30pm like i did tonight and they constantly have issues. Almost every car in the drive thru gets parked and on most occasions wait more than 30 minutes for a 3 item order. At this point its not considered fast food anymore. Tonight they were even more of a mess. Waited 45 minutes just to be brought the wrong order multiple times even after she took our receipt with her. Then we also didn't receive an item we ordered and was told we were not able to get a refund. We were going to ask to speak to a manager but didnt want to wait even longer after all that but clearly with how often this happens theres a root to the problem. I have worked in fast food i tried to be understanding but i dont get how this problem is so consistent. You know its bad when i somehow felt the need to come write a review on a MC DONALDS. I feel ridiculous but jesus christ.

Worst McDonalds if i could give them a 0 stars I would this is worst place i ever went to they didn’t have my order ready also they gave me my burger with just the Pattie rude employees!!

This is the worst place of the city. I ordered online and when went there to pick, they said we haven’t received your order. The 24/7 thing is joke, every time we drive thru, they say can’t take your order we are closed. Their shakes machines are always remain out of order.Don’t recommend it at all

We frequent this location often until today.in short.. We asked for NO CHEESE due to allergy.they labeled it no cheese but it had to slices.We called no answer.made complaint.got email.followed thru like email said to take complaint number in.manager on duty refused to give is her name.refused to acknowledge issue and seriousness it could've had.her demeanor escalated aggravated and intensified situation especially when she snatched and tore receipt refused to HELP.. .why? Treat customers this way? We didn't ask for anything but acknowledgement and awareness to issue. When i asked to not be ignored while waiting when she walked away.almost 10 mins passed staff stated they were calling a higher manager for insight but instead they called pd . to avoid being held accountable for their mistake and attitudes.

We went through the drive thru when it was crazy busy and ordered 8 combos and a couple other single items. We only waited about 3 or 4 minutes for our order and not only was it hot, it was 100% correct, right down to the dipping sauce we requested. The absolute only thing I can complain about is we didn't get any napkins! Thanks 4190 West Ave. Team!!
