Ordered a $20 dollar meal, asked for ketchup they gave me 1 packet turned around and laughed with the manager. I’m like uhm ok. If it’s extra $ just say that, very rude, unprofessional, and cheap. Luckily I checked the bag: because they didn’t even give me my complete order. I shoulda laughed too- Petty.

This use to be one of the better McDonald’s when it comes to fresh food and last 3 breakfast stops it tastes old , cold and muffin taste rubbery . Cheese is hard as a rock on outside of sandwich smh 🤦‍♀️

Drove through and remembered why I stopped coming to this location. Typically my household enjoys McDonald's and we don't have a problem. Unfortunately this location has consistently provided the worst customer service I've ever had at any McDonald's and I don't think my order's been right one time. I've watched DoorDashers come back in and hand them back the wrong order with bags open and them hand the bag over to another Dasher, opened. Yes you heard that correctly. That's horrible. I've watched people from the drive-thru lineup inside because their order was never brought out to them and the order is sitting there on their back counter. They seem incredibly unorganized. My main concern though would be management. The manager who works overnights I don't know her name but she's a horrible person. She's turned a blind eye to my concerns several times . This morning in particular I'm working overnights and drove through the drive-thru for my free cookies for the surveys on the receipt and realize I had to drive through a broken sprinkler. Didn't want to have to get out of my car in the middle of the night to dry it but I need my car for work. She just turned her head and told me next time I'm going to ask for more than one cookie let her know. What the hell? Another time in the middle of the night I brought it to her attention that there were some sketchy people hiding behind her drive-thru and coming up to cars once we turn that corner and she denied that it was happening. Told me I had to roll my window down at the drive-thru next time before I got to the window. I told her absolutely not if there's somebody standing in my car. Again she denied that there's anyone back there and laughed off. Completely unacceptable for McDonald's and in my experience not typically a McDonald's experience in general. Would give them zero stars but it's not an option on here.

The orange juice tastes like water, there’s always egg shells in the sandwiches, and the ice cream and coffee machines never work. I don’t think we’ve gotten the food at the window in months maybe years, we always park and wait 15+ minutes for every order. And on top of all this, more than half the time we’re missing items. It’s the low quality food and service that makes me choose other options and for the price, I won’t be coming back again.

Online ordered in line for 10 minutes. Then they send me to wait at the parking spot for another 25+ minutes ! Don't go on lunch here they take forever just to keep the line moving and pile up all the cars at parking spots. And then they take forever to come out with your order while taking more drive threw orders and sending them on their way when they only been here 5 minutes! We been waiting 35+ minutes now I have to go inside to see what's taking so long ! Whoever took my order can lick a old French fry off the floor. I went inside and they had my order ready no one came out 45+ minutes !
