Guys dont buy here, just dont. Employees are completely lost and oblivious and also lack urgency also fix the machines inside. they are faulty, very faulty. I see workers clocking in and out and still no food to be seen. Thank you dont come here ever save yourself the time and effort and money I've seen better service at homeless shelters.

Car almost got towed while waiting for food. I visited with my mother last week around 3pm. We work nearby and I thought by placing our order on the app, we would get our food faster. We waited more 20 minutes for Chicken McNuggets and Fries. We also saw two men in coveralls hanging around near the counter asking staff and customers about which cars were theirs. There's a school across the street and it looks like parents will park at McDonald's and walk across Soto to pick up their kids. If the customer was not in the restaurant they said the car would be towed. Once we got our food my mom noticed one of these men taking photos of her car. She went outside to confront him. He was surprised that my mom was a customer there. The man told her the manager said my mom's car had been there a "long time." We had been parked legally, in a disabled zone with a valid placard, for no more than 30 minutes by this point and had just received our food. My mom went back into the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. She refused to talk to mom and another employee said she was busy. My mom told the male employee that if they wanted her to leave they should serve their customers in a timely manner instead threatening to tow their cars. The male employee apologized. We finished our food and left. I understand the parking lot needs to be reserved for McDonald's customers but taking pictures of customers cars and threatening to tow them is not a good business model. They should apologize to my mom and lower their prices. This is also one of the most expensive McDonald's in the area and I feel like they are also taking advantage of low income folks at this point.

I was taking breakfast today and put number of table, but they did not bring me an order, so I grabbed it by myself. Very disappointed.

The manager was late and he took my order. I asked for 2 sausage McMuffin and he corrected me because I wanted eggs but I didn't said it. However, he gave me the order without eggs. I know we have bad days at work but we have to be nice with customers or at least an smile can make a difference.

Went in to buy a large coffe, the lady who took my order told it was $4.85 , as I was ready to pay I asked for the senior discount, she said there is no such thing. I cancel my order and the lady gave me sarcastic laugh. I am 60 and other Macdonald's had given me a senior discount. 02/16/2026 4:38 PM.
