I am in the middle of 2 McDonald’s and I will come 2 this one cause of the exceptional customer service. Diana goes above and beyond. She is always friendly and has a big smile. But I can’t leave out the other crew members. 2 other ladies in dark blue shirts were also very kind and friendly. I felt so bad for not getting their names. Thank you ladies for helping me out with the Cypress Park basketball team. Thanks Diana for helping out a hard working mom

Ice coffee was disgusting. Fries were fresh and tasted good. Cheeseburger, asked for light ketchup, was saturated with ketchup, asked for no onion or pickles. Thank goodness no onions (allergic) but kept the pickles. This was a drive thru order and no cars in line.

Must just be me, because when I a Caucasian middle aged man entered the restaurant, the laughs and good vibes instantly dropped. I walked into what felt like a very Mexicanized McDonald's, which maybe why I felt out of place or maybe why they thought I was out of place. Besides the energy the food was quickly prepared, however for some odd reason the employee insisted on handing me my drink almost on top of other customers, when she did not at all have to do that. The sandwich was horrible almost cold but burnt and the bacon was like cardboard. Almost feel like they had a special burger back in the corner for people they didn't like cause that's what it tasted like and that's the feeling I got visiting this McDonald's

Food quality is usually subpar, service is often very slow even when there are only a few cars in the drive-thru, and my orders have been wrong multiple times. Overall, this location has been inconsistent and frustrating compared to what I expect from McDonald’s.

EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEE THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS ON ME FOR ASKING TO USE THE BATHROOM. LITERALLY. NOT A JOKE. CALL. THE COPS. FOR USING. THE BATHROOM. She kept repeating something in Spanish and then "Policia." I asked her two times for the code, I didn't raise my voice, I wasn't unreasonable or aggressive. This woman is medically insane. In the time of ICE, you're saying you're gonna call a kidnap squad on a PAYING CUSTOMER for WANTING TO PISS! You genuinely should be sued. I've spent a lot of money here and now you're not getting another penny. And this really affects my view of McDonalds as a whole. Guess I'll stick with Jack in the Box. One employee cost this corporation hundreds to thousands of dollars over my future potential lifetime purchases, I'm never buying anything from McDonalds ever again, period.
