Tried this McDonald's along 1800 Western Blvd in LA for breakfast this morning. The place, recently renovated, looks very nice and inviting. The quality of the food served is great among similar McDonald's franchises. My only issue was with the service. Just to ask for some condiments, I had to repeat my request a few times since no one was paying attention or even cared that I had been waiting for somebody at the registers for a while, even thought all of them saw me.

Last night me and my husband ordered 4 mcdoubles plain with mayonaise through the drive through and we noticed the order said only pickles only mayo etc. We politely asked the lady at the window no pickles due to a mild allergy that I have and you could hear her ask the cook to do no pickles. She then continued to make inappropriate comments to my husband about us not ordering properly and how the party must have been good. She gave us our order saying everyone was made good. We got home and the order not only had pickles but EXTRA pickles, each burger had anywhere from 3 to **8** pickles. Even the mcchickens we also ordered HAD PICKLES. Me and my husband are managers at a restaurant. We understand having to remake an order but this is ridiculous. I nearly had to use my epipen. Food was inedible for me and my food and money were completely gone to waste. Very unprofessional staff. This mcdonalds ALWAYS has something wrong with it.

The work shift service is not working at all, there is no one, I have been standing for half an hour already.

Bad experience they had only 4 cars when I pull up to the drive thru! Took 15 minutes In the drive thru when the inside of the restaurant was empty when I went to the window they didn’t even have my food ready workers were just standing there mid int their own business never coming back here!

I was at the drive-thru l waited 25 minutes to get to the main window. I asked the guy why the service was to slow and he said " really". I asked him are you short of staff? No answer The chicken l paid for was old It was a really bad experience.
