I came to pick up an order while working delivery for Uber Eats around 8:15pm. I walked in as usual and showed Uriel the app (includes customer’s name & details). He told me I have to wait outside because he’s closing the lobby. It is dark outside, and we are downtown LA- completely unsafe. There was also a family of 4 inside eating. I shared that I’d feel safer to wait inside, and asked will it be much longer? Uriel urged me to go outside before he would even check on the order status. He walked me to the door and opened it. Again I asked for an estimate of time— if it would be long, I would cancel the order and let someone else take it. I said I can wait near the door just inside. Again he would not budge, holding the door open for me to leave. I was outside for about 30 seconds, ignoring the various characters that come uncomfortably close in DTLA at night. That time frame lets me know the order was probably ready when I first walked in, and he could’ve just grabbed it then. He brought the food to the window in silence, no “thank you,” no “here you go” nothing. Just completely rude! Uriel & McDonald’s, DO BETTER!

The staff were very friendly, made my food fresh, and quickly. Just the way I like it! BUT... I was NOT prepared to dodge the "members of the downtown community" as I tried to exit my car, get to the door and then get back to my car. While I waited for my food, I had a thought that I should have gone through the drive-thru, but nope... that wasnt safe either. I guess Im a glutton for punishment because I decided to wash my hands in the restroom. WHY??????? It was beyond disgusting so I ended up using hand sanitizer and wipes in my car to wash the bathroom cooties off my hands! So unless this is the last McDonald's on Earth and you're on the verge of starvation... save yourself from the unnamed species of viral and bacterial diseases that will inevitably end the human race once and for all, and find someplace else to eat.

Just a regular McDonalds. drive thru was pretty slow today and my fries were kinda cold by the time i got to the window, but the burger was fine. it gets the job done if you're starving but definitely not the fastest location around here.

Shout out to the women who work here! Hands down they candle there business. I was there for 5mins and seen them hustle out multiple orders like it was nothing! Great job ladies!

Never eat deluxe spicy chicken Chicken almost 3-4 hours before cook all dry Before same menu chicken is soft and juicy.
