There is a PlayPlace!! Spacious. Open area. Clean. There's a security guard but I didn't feel unsafe. It's a McDonald's so the food was good, service was prompt and we finally found a PlayPlace near DTLA.

This McDonald’s location seems to be one of the newer ones, and it definitely shows. The restaurant was clean, organized, and all of the self-serve kiosks were working—which is a rare win! I was also surprised (in a good way) to see the ice cream machine actually up and running. Customer service was great; the staff was friendly and efficient with my order. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because of how my drink was served. The cup had chocolate syrup on the outside, making it pretty sticky to hold. It wasn’t a huge issue, but definitely something that could’ve been avoided. Other than that, everything else about the visit was solid. I’d definitely stop by again.

@mcdonalds My experience with the McDonald's chicken sandwich was a complete and utter nightmare. The first one I received had a horrifying discovery: a disgusting, unmistakable hair baked right into the food. When I understandably complained about the lack of basic hygiene, the staff's response was appalling. The replacement sandwich they grudgingly provided wasn't just made sloppily; it was intentionally skimped on ingredients—minimal mayo and sad, sparse lettuce. This was clearly a petty act of retaliation for me pointing out their unsanitary practices. The entire ordeal was an absolute disgrace, demonstrating a complete disregard for customer health and satisfaction. I am disgusted and will never return

Got here hoping for a quick bite and rest. First, went to use restroom but it was out of order then order on the kiosh but didn't print out ticket. Restaurant smell moldy (not a good sign). Hardly anyone was working and long wait time so end up just leaving without getting my food as I will be late. So I would never ever go to this McDonald. Even the one in skid row downtown LA is much better than this one.

A quick visit to McDonald’s was needed after feeling really hungry and unsure if the nearby options would be worth it. The place was quite busy, which usually raises concerns about long wait times and order accuracy. However, the staff managed the flow efficiently, and my order arrived faster than expected. The burger was fresh, the fries were hot and crispy, and everything was prepared just right. The experience turned things around quickly and made it a dependable choice for a fast and satisfying meal.
