I ordered my breakfast for pick up 10 minutes in advance and waited 20 minutes and still did not receive my food. When a worker was able to help she ended up helping someone else who I was in front of. I couldn’t miss my bus for work so I didn’t even get my food or my money back. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Reviews are mixed — some guests praise the friendly service and convenience, while others note occasional order mistakes and slower service at peak times. The restaurant itself is clean with indoor seating, but the neighborhood can be busy.

They spent longer arguing with me about why i couldn’t pick up my order if i wasn’t in a car than it would have taken to just hand it to me. the inside was closed, so i wasn’t able to pick up inside. it was already paid for. i made eye contact with the girl in the window when i asked why i couldn’t pick up when i was already there and paid for it and she rolled her eyes. then got her manager, who said “no problem” after i said okay and turned to leave like i was the one that inconvenienced him for asking questions. this type of behavior is abhorrent. do better.

There is no children's playground. The place is clean and open set up. Your typical McDonald's. It was clean.

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at this location. The restaurant had a strong and unpleasant odor similar to urine, and there were many homeless individuals inside, which made the environment very uncomfortable. Food service was extremely slow, and we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. What was more concerning was that a cleaning staff member was working inside the kitchen area at the same time, which was very disturbing from a hygiene and food safety perspective. Because of the strong smell in the restaurant, we were unable to eat the food. As a result, both our time and money were wasted. This experience occurred on February 24th at around 12:30 PM. Based on the overall conditions and hygiene concerns, I do not recommend ordering from this location.
