From start to finish it was a terrible experience. I waited 45 minutes with three other customers and there was no one else in sight, all just for a simple chicken sandwich and a medium soda.

Drive thru line is always HELLA long and it doesn't budge. I waited in line 30 minutes just to get to the window. Also the parking lot/entrance layout is stupid. If you're going south on 12th you can't get in on from the first turn because of the stupid layout unless you drive all the way around the block to the back or keep driving all the way down to make a u-turn. That, on top of the wait time, makes it not worth it at all.

There were about 10 people waiting to place an order and not a single cashier available. More than 10 mobile/ kiosk orders were placed, but nothing was moving. Around 8 orders were ready, but nobody was handing them out for over 15 minutes. After another 15 minutes, my order disappeared from the “Now Serving” screen, and I still didn’t receive anything. At this point I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes with no communication from the staff. This level of delay and lack of customer service is unacceptable. Please address this issue. The entire line was stuck, and staff didn’t seem to react or manage the situation at all. In total, the whole experience took 54 minutes, and I never received my order.

Friendly staff. Nice and clean restaurant. Ordering was easy on one of their many self serve kiosks however the kiosk I used didn’t print a receipt. Ordered to table and food was delivered fairly quickly. Some of the pancakes were crunchy and the English muffins were all soggy. If the muffins had been crunchy and the pancakes soggy then food would have been perfect. Very noisy environment as one another guest watched tv or videos on his phone at high volume without consideration to others. Other guests spoke loudly on their phones without consideration to others.

I don't like the fact your standing in line then here comes these Left Drivers and all of use just get puss to the side for them no way I have to say something everyone know I was right. M, D is going down hill there..
