Terrible customer service, I waited at the counter for 30 mins or more watching the take care of mostly online orders then added to drive thru orders whenever they'd pull up. Mind you when I walked up to McDonald's there were ZERO cars in the drive thru. The cashier had a terrible attitude, wouldn't listen to customers when requesting condiments or bathroom codes due to her rushing around the kitchen. I experienced all of this while waiting to get my QR code scanned for a free 6 piece kids meal. Then before finishing my meal in a loud tone she rudely told just me the dining area was closed and walked off without addressing the other guests eating their meals at 3 additional tables. And then came back and repeated herself louder and more rude then told the additional guests.

People there seem to be annoyed by something. If you order directly on the counter they sent you to the kiosk. This happened to me and at the end I had to get back to the counter because I was paying cash.

Mcdonald drive thru cashier buggin😭😭😭 I told him a chicken deluxe combo with 10 piece and a med drink. I told for one order to make sure its ONLY one order. HE GAVE ME 3 med fries 2 drinks and the 10 piece. They charged 20 and thought i was paying 13 trippin They quick but a lil too quick 💀💀

Bad service: very slow and very rude. The soda was flat, the Happy Meals didn’t include the toy, and the order was incomplete. The Happy Meals were also missing the milk.

So I order Mcdonald's through DoorDash and decided to take the lid off my soft drink as there was no straw inside my bag, and noticed black spots inside cup, upon moving the ice, noticed a fly inside my cup. As with all DoorDash orders, soft drink lids are sealed for customer protection. I'm just wondering how in the hell your staff didn't catch this. On top of that we tried to call and let the manager know, and after explaining to him what I found inside my cup, he pretended all of a sudden to be hard of hearing and couldn't understand me and hung up. I called back promptly and got a message saying, " Sorry the number you called is busy, please try again later", as if the phone line was disconnected. I wasn't expecting to make a big deal out of this, but with that coinciding to my order ending up with a fly in cup, I'm very disappointed with this type service. I hope others inspect your meals from this location very carefully as apparently the staff doesn't care for customer safety.
