This is the best McDonald's in San Jose so far. The manager is super nice and friendly. Great service. (She in 2nd picture) Also a tall Mexican ladie was helpful, she was helping a older gentlemen to use Kiosk Machine. The venue is clean, the menu on the wall is very useful not like other McDonald's. Food was much better than Berryessa Road McDonald, Landess ave McDonald. This location is very nice 👍🏼

Update Review as of 02/24/26, re-checked restrooms in this visit still horrible unsanitary. Papers and pee all over the floor. ----------------------------------- A year ago, I would have given this McDonald’s location five stars. Today, I’m giving it one star NOT because of the food or the service, but because of cleanliness. The restrooms are consistently in very poor condition. Despite requiring a long access code to enter, the bathrooms are still extremely dirty, which shows a lack of proper maintenance by staff. It’s frustrating for customers to need an access code longer than a debit card number just to enter a restroom that is unpleasant and unsanitary. This has happened on multiple visits; I simply hadn’t taken the time to comment until now. To make matters worse, the restroom code printed on the receipt is often incorrect and has been that way for a long time. Overall, this is a disappointing experience that needs to be addressed. ----------------- In response to McDonald's Owner herein he saying he needs additional information. I am reviewing your store in details and with a video nothing else to discuss besides you keep your restaurant clean and sanitary

Clean and friendly place to eat. Service is great. They fall down with the cooked food with the fact the buns are smashed completely and the food is cold. My fish sandwich and nuggets were cold, the fries were hot, my partners burger was smashed and cold and the fries were cold. This was on May 29, 2026. The place was nice to go to but really - cooks are the putting out cold food. We will not go back.

I just picked my order from drive through. We had two separate orders. I specifically told the guy can I get buffalo sauce, he said sure, and made us part at spot 1. When the lady came she just brought one order which had the sandwiches and didn't have any sauce. No ketchup and definitely not the sauce I had requested. Then I go inside cause our second order which had fries was missing. They are still getting the second order ready and forget our drinks. The lady was very sure to charge 55 cents but cannot remember to provide me second order on time. I think they forget that people do drive thru so they can skip going inside the restaurant. I know McDonald's is a fast food and not that people will read this review but please be efficient and bring all the drive thru order outside. Also the large fries was not filled well.Thank you

Did a mobile order for a steak bagel with the pogo deal and a sandwich for the second one being a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Go through drive-through I over here the person taking the order tell the guy behind me that there is no more steak. I then go to the window they then tell me that the grill is broken which doesn’t make sense especially since you’re able to make bacon and all the other stuff. She did tell me that there is still steak but it’s gonna take for a long time but the whole reason I came Here was for the steak bagel. I did ask for the difference which is a three dollar Difference. Understanding that there is tax I was still shorted $.60 and was not happy eating my meal. If there is a steak shouldn’t tell the Customer that there’s no more. Also tell us that the grill is broken which doesn’t make sense. Sounds like the grill was possibly fixed but they didn’t wanna cook it which I didn’t mind waiting because that’s a sandwich that I love from this restaurant
