We've been going to this McDonald's for over a year and a half. Everything is fine and you have tons of employees in back of the counter. More concerned about the drive-thru which the corporate office insists that is more important in the customers in the dining room. It's not the employees fault it's the corporate office fault. They ignore the dining room and the customers at the register and the kiosk. Sold the employees allow the dining room to look dirty and filthy. And ignoring elderly people and anyone else that wants to pay at the register. If there is issues at the kiosk you have management and employees during the same thing focusing on the drive-thru more than anybody else beyond the registers. I used to work fast foods when I was younger and this was unacceptable in my day. I am 60 years old and I don't understand the way things are going now. McDonald's corporate office is more focused on profit than being friendly. Being friendly and engaging with customers. Especially with the elderly customers. It's all about money not the interaction with customers anymore.

Nice mexican woman greeted me when I came in and made sure I was okay. Lively atmosphere. Clean location. Nice staff. Food came out fast. Steak biscuit sandwich was seasoned well. I dont usually leave fast food reviews but I felt this location deserved it.

Does not have outlet. You cannot charge your phone and computer. I think they don't want anyone to stay there for a long period of time or hang out. The bagel was burnt and they hid on the bottom of the wrapper haha

They are slow as hell and they are proud of it. The manager is the only one making food tonight, I counted 9 other workers in this store....and management are the only ones who can successfully put food out for the long line of customers. Hungry, hungry customers.

It’s basic to include paper towels in a drive-thru order, or at least ask if we need them. I ordered a large amount of food and only realized while I was already eating that there were no paper towels. That’s frustrating and should be standard.
