I had a great experience at this McDonald’s today. Mayeli provided excellent customer service while I was eating there. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was good with my order. It’s always nice to see someone who really cares about the customers. Thank you, Mayeli, for the great service!

Honestly, I was really impressed with this McDonald's. Usually, fast food spots can be a hit or miss, but this place was spotless. You can tell the team actually puts effort into keeping the tables and floors super clean, which I really appreciated. The highlight of the visit was Carmen at the front. She was so kind and genuinely helpful. I saw her going out of her way to help customers who needed a hand, and she just had such a positive, welcoming energy. It’s not every day you get that kind of service! Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to.

I placed an order at McDonald’s. The service was fast, but likely because of the rush, my order got mixed up — I received a Small cup instead of a Medium. This shows a lack of attention to detail. Otherwise, the food was the same as at other McDonald’s locations: everything was hot, and the fries were fresh.

They want your money, but make it very clear that they don't want you in their restaurant. He will wait forever if you don't use the automatic pay station and instead want to place your order with a cashier. You get locked both out of and in the bathroom if you try to use it. And they have signs posted everywhere telling you to leave as soon as possible. The food was what I would expect from a McDonald's. Everything else was pretty unfriendly.

Disappointed with the customer service at this location during my visit in January 2025. The food and atmosphere were perfectly fine, but the service was absolutely terrible. When I walked up to the counter to place my order, the first employee I encountered refused to take it and aggressively directed me to the kiosk instead. As someone who didn't know how to use it, I felt completely brushed off and mistreated. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and helped me through the kiosk process, but the initial employee's attitude was entirely unacceptable. Management needs to train their staff on basic hospitality.
