We filled out the online survey for a purchase we made at another McDonald's location in order to get the BOGO sandwich offer printed on the receipt, but the cashier said he was told by someone higher up they would not honor the offer because the offer was from another McDonald's location. As someone who has been redeeming this BOGO sandwich offer in return for a survey for years, sometimes from other states even, I've never seen a McDonald's location refuse to honor the offer simply because the offer was from a receipt from another location. Just this month, another McDonald's location had no problem redeeming the offer even though the offer hadn't been from their location. Suspiciously, the mobile order we placed just before trying to redeem the survey BOGO offer, didn't come with a receipt... But I'm happy to share my experience as a paying customer at this location even without compensation, and I'll even share this review with McDonald's directly too.

had an online order for just fries. literally just two fries. was given wrong order at the drive through then told to pull forward into a parking spot. got in the parking spot and received the wrong order for the 2nd time. by the time they had our order they gave it to someone else and got it back and then didn’t even include the condiments we asked/payed for making us have to get out of the car and go ask. nobody seemed like they had a clue what was going on at all from the drive through speaker to the workers at curbside

Goes today at this location really bad experience here . Ordered some snacks and vanilla shake … they are very super busy guys but how can they even fills this shake up. I am a parcel delivery guy every second day I goes to mc Donald’s on another location orders same things … not faces any types of problems likes this location … not comes to this mc Donald’s for sure…

One of the most efficient McDonald's I've been to. They will occasionally mess up your order like any fast-food restaurant. Check your orders before you leave!
