Visited this location on 4/20/26. Good service! Can't say the same for the food. The fries taste off, maybe due to old oil. And the nuggets weren't crispy and were a little soggy on one side on a few nuggets. Received a caramel Frappe instead of the mocha Frappe that was ordered, but was promptly replaced with the correct drink.

What a horrible experience. I visit McDonald's every day because my 5-year-old son has autism, and it is practically the only thing he eats. I have never been treated so terribly before. My order wasn't even that big, yet they told me to pull into the parking lot. I told the employee that I preferred to wait right there; she got angry, went away, and then threw my cash back at me through the window—the very window where I had originally paid using my card. She told me she wasn't going to give me my order because I refused to move to the parking area. My children were left traumatized, full of questions about why we hadn't been given our food. That woman was absolutely unpleasant—and the worst part is that she was the manager. I cannot believe that the speed of the drive-thru line is considered more important than the customer. I was never rude to her; my only "offense" was simply not moving to the parking lot.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at your location. To begin with, all of the tables were very dirty. When I went to the counter to request assistance, managers and employees ignored me for several minutes. Once someone finally asked what I needed, I politely requested that a table be cleaned. The manager responded with a bad attitude and said, “I can’t go right now, don’t you see I’m busy?” I even asked if they would like me to clean the table myself since I had already placed my order at the kiosk and expected basic cleanliness. The overall experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. After that, the manager called another employee who also appeared to be a manager or assistant manager, and they also had an attitude. The cashier eventually apologized, but by that point the experience had already been ruined. I understand that businesses get busy, but customers should not be treated with disrespect, especially when simply asking for a clean place to sit. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers are treated better.

I went through the drive through and I only ordered a ice cream cone. I didn't care too much for it, it was icy as if imitation vanilla was used or they didn't mix it well. But the service was good atmosphere was good . They were fast and polite .

Update: I wanted McDonald’s Hot Fries and I ordered them that way. My food came out way too fast and wouldn’t you know my fries are warm/cool. So she asked me to park, so I did and I am almost positive she just threw the same fries in the grease or maybe the microwave. They are horrible. I have ordered a caramel frappe with an extra shot of espresso and 3 x’s extra caramel drizzle and I paid for the XXX caramel drizzle and I complained the first time because I was there but they did nothing to fix it they told me that was extra and this is my second complaint. I included pics to prove the extra money I paid to not receive anything extra. This only happens to me at the Tully location. This does not happen to me at any other McDonald’s location. I get a lot of extra caramel drizzle and I’m satisfied with it but not at the Tully location. And it’s the closest location to my house. I just had surgery and I live alone so I’ve had to use them as a delivery service and this is the service I get.
