Received hash browns this morning that are inedible. Previous order had missing items. I was unable to find a working phone number to contact the location directly, which is also problematic. Please do better with checking the food and orders that customers are paying for.

I've had 3 bad experiences in a row but hate complaining.. I'm complaining now; mostly because the amount I've spent to be disappointed. 1. Two large fries and the amount in both, fit into one. They aren't even close to full. 2. Asked for no mustard, got mustard and no onion. Both times! 3. A missing shake. I was taught to give something 3 chances before you give up. Disappointing.

We came to try the derby McFlurry. The treat was very delicious. Table with somewhat comfy booth was messy and other table had plastic chairs that looked pretty uncomfortable.

Worst experience in my entire life . Literally called corporate while dealing with them in the drive thru! I've never seen anything like this suppose to be "quarter pounder" I simply wanted my money back and they got mad tried to refuse giving me a refund. Told me I ate half the fries cause their staff would've never filled those boxes half way ...mind you I never even touched the fry bag ... I was too busy taking pictures ...all while still in the drive thru... Called me a liar and demanded I give back all their food ..and told me if I wanted free food I could have just said so.. only partially refunded me... Keep in mind I gave everything back so I never got any free food smh.... L

I paid $25 for breakfast for two people. At window 2, the employee handed me the wrong coffee with an unsecured lid, which spilled all over my hand. When I asked for his name, he refused and laughed at me. I requested to speak with the manager, and he sent over a coworker who pretended to be the manager. This person then admitted they were not actually the manager, said the real manager was not available, and told me I would need to call if I wanted to speak with someone. I left with my burned hand, left an unanswered voicemail, and completed the survey, yet no one has called me back. This experience has completely undermined 30 years of being a McDonald's customer. I will never return. This is the employee who pretended to be the manager.
