I wasn't upset about the orientation I'm upset because they would not bring it to my table like I requested through the app and also I waited for a long time, the guy at the front (Hispanic maybe mixed) was very kind and welcoming. I had to go to the front to get my food. At the time I placed my order it was not busy. I have worked for McDonald's before, either someone bummed my order, or something else. Update: my second order was brought to my table by the really kind man at the front, he asked if I made another order and brought it to me, may maybe their system doesn't show a table number not sure but overall his customer service changed my experience

Well if you order online, you’re more than most likely not going to get what you ordered. It’s like they put whatever food they want into bags and just send them on their way! (As you can see my receipt and then what they sent) Come on McDonalds, your employees want so much money but can’t even get an order correct.

Always check your order. I made it to work and completey had the wrong meal. I didn't have time to go back and exchange. But this isn't the first time. I guess its also my fault at this point for going back to this mcdonalds and for not checking every order at the window. Come on mcdonalds employees. I trusted you. Lol

I just had one of the best experiences ever in a McDonald’s. The lady who brought my food to the table was friendly. The lobby was clean. The food was perfect as well as she brought all the condiments I would need or want for my order. Great experience!

My husband has an allergy to onions so I constrained the items to not have any... they didn't care and had onions on everything... I also ordered a sweet tea and it tasted like actual mold.
